Since July 1, 2015, the brothers Jacob and Jesper Niebuhr have been owners of Restaurant Zorba. The brothers took over the restaurant by Lone and Andreas Fergadis, who had run Restaurant Zorba for 27 years.
They really appreciate quality, it has to be good and straightforward. They want to make the food from scratch, use as many Danish raw materials as possible and not least support our local producers and suppliers. "When we support the local suppliers and manufacturers, we help maintain the Danish jobs."
If you are going on a picnic, a trip with the Hjejle boats or out to Almind lake and enjoy the sunset, then get past Zorba inside. They also offer take away.
