Museum Jorn is situated just outside the town centre in an area of parkland leading down to the River Gudenå. The museum houses Asger Jorn's collections, donated from 1953–1973. More than 100 paintings, 90 ceramic works, drawings and graphic works by Asger Jorn himself are permanently exhibited in changing displays.
In addition, the museum houses his collection of Danish and international art from the beginning of the century to 1970. The museum's own collections highlight selected figures in Danish expressionist art and experimental art from Western and Eastern Europe. Children under 18 have free admission to the museum.
