Situated 2 km from Jutland's old main road "Hærvejen" and 3 km from the nature path “Naturstien Horsens-Silkeborg”, which is ideal for walking, riding and cycling tours.
Farmhouse with a view of meadows, forest and lake. Tyklundgaard is used as a part-time farm with e.g. forestry, sale of decorative greenery, beef cattle and Icelandic ponies. It is possible to bring your own horse.
As something new Tyklundgaard also offers wellness in the scenic surroundings in the way of an outdoor wilderness bath. In addition to that it is possible to order body massage.
The 1st floor in the farmhouse contains one double room in 14m2 with sloping wall, wireless internet access, TV and a living room with balcony. Bathroom is found on the ground floor.
The 1st floor in the wood extension contains two double rooms and one family room for eight persons.
Belonging to this are kitchen-dining area with exit to a large balcony, wireless internet access, TV in all rooms, child's cot, child's chair and a large bathroom with Turkish bath. This can also be rented as a holiday apartment.
Family room: DKK 650,- per night.
Double room: DKK 425,- per night.
Single room: DKK 275,- per night.
Extra bed: DKK 125,- per person/night.
Holiday apartment: DKK 3.900,- per week.
Breakfast: Delicious brunch with good food and fresh fruit. DKK 60,- per person.
Packed lunch: DKK 50,- by arrangement (made by the guest at the breakfast table).
Dinner: May be ordered, made from quality products (see the products at the website) DKK 195,- for two courses per person.
Beverages can be bought on the place. Barbecue package with different kinds of venison meat, salat and baguette can be bought. Barbecue and coal is available. The price for rental is DKK 95,- per person.
Bed linen and towels: Included in price.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors.
Room for horse: DKK 60,- per night.
Payment: Cash DKK/EUR.
Cancellation: By cancellation three days before arrival half of the amount must be paid for the booking – however this must not be done for cancellation of breakfast etc.
Wilderness bath: DKK 500,- per time.
(The bath can contain maximum six persons).
