The Guides of Silkeborg are a group of authorized guides. They are planning the guided tours at the holiday place, Søhøjlandet, along the road, Hærvejen, and lots of other places in Jutland. They speak more languages and will therefore be able to do guided tours for foreign tourists.
Proposal for a guided trip could be: - Bus tours in Søhøjlandet or along Hærvejen, where you can visit the sights of the area, included the convents, the churches and the museums, and you can also enjoy the beauty of nature. - Guided sail tours at the seas of Silkeborg and the river, Gudenåen, for example to the hill, Himmelbjerget. - Walking tours in Silkeborg, if convenient with stops at some of the many museums at the town. – Bicycle – and walking tours around the area. The guides in Silkeborg can off course offer proposals, but do also plan the tours according to special wishes. Prices and conditions: The guided tours: First hour kr. 500; the hours afterwards kr. 250; until actually getting back at the meeting place. The guide will be at the meeting place 15 minutes before the announced start of the guided tour.
