Silkeborg Ildfestregatta
Since the 19th Century, Silkeborg has held the triennial Silkeborg Ildfest Regatta – an impressive and atmospheric festival of fireworks, light and good times on Silkeborg lakes. Hundreds of illuminated boats, innumerable lights along the shore, the thousands of spectators and not least the impressive festival fireworks make this a unique occasion not to be missed.
The next Ildfest Regatta will be held between the 17th and 20th of August 2011.

IndelukketIndelukket is an area of woodland that runs right down to the River Guden. It's also a water sport centre and marina. In addition to sporting activities the area is also a cultural and artistic venue.
