Potter, Vibeke B. Krog's workshop is located in beautiful natural surroundings by Julsø Lake with views of Himmelbjerget. Vibeke B. Krog works primarily with sculptured pottery but also produces pottery artefacts.
Keramiker Gerd BaarstrømGerd Baarstrøm works with ceramic sculptures, one-off raku decorations for walls and floors and stoneware.
Silkeborg KunstnerhusSilkeborg Kunstnerhus is run collectively by its members, up to 23 artists at a time, and organise about ten exhibitions a year.
Yerst GlasYerst Glas are located centrally in Silkeborg's pedestrian precinct. Here glass is blown, and you can watch the glass blowers in action. They allso sell glassware in a fantastic range of shapes and colors.
Den Gamle Smedie
In the old smithy "Den Gamle Smedie" you can experience a great selection of wrought iron products in a high quality as well as designed art craft ideal for gifts. In connection to the workshop there is also a shop, where you can buy the wrought iron products and other products for special gifts.
Den Gamle Biograf, KjellerupDen Gamle Biograf (The Old Cinema) is, as the name suggests, a former cinema that has been transformed into a showroom for local artists and artisans; as well as housing a café. There is the possibility to buy works of art, as well as specialist wines, beers and chocolates among other things.
Gårdbutikken Katrinelund Katrinelund is a working farm in which one of the old barns has been painstakingly restored and converted into a shop and textile workshop. The conversion uses natural materials and where possible the buildings original structure has been retained so visitors retain a feel of what the building was originally used for. The shop sells garn, knitted articles, wickerwork, glass, ceramics, textiles and jewelry.
KombinationKombination is a shop which sells arts, craft and jewellery from local artists as well as clothes in wool, cotton, silk and linen from artists in Denamrk and abroad.
KunstcentrumLocated in an old factory in Funder, just west of Silkeborg. In its rustik surroundings it provides a base for 45 painters, sculptors and craftsmen.
