Along Hærvejen (an ancient track/road the history of sections of which can be traced back over 4000 years) there are a number of newly refurbished hostels built in former agricultural buildings and historic inns. Spend the night in the sort of humble accommodation and dormitorys pilgrims used in the Middle Ages.
